Coal has generated almost half of the electricity in America.  People used to call coal as black diamond for years. Why? It’s because of Coal has numerous advantages as energy resource.   • To use coal, you just have it and use it that makes it as the biggest advantage than other resources of energy like oil and natural gas, which need a long process of refinement before they are available for use by consumers. Coal is very easy to store, you can use it in any time you need.
  • Coal is resource of energy that can be used for multipurpose. Coal can be used as a domestic fuel and manufacture purposes like creating electricity, transportation, heating and molding purposes.
  • Coal is the cheaper form of energy than any other energy resources because of the abundance of coal, easy accessibility and cheaper mode of transportation.

Parents will face some changes in their children when they reach teenaged. Positively parenting teenagers is a difficult task for parents. teenagers like to spend their time out of house and might try to keep away from their parents because they wants more privacy. they possibly will not follow your words, instead they expect their parents  to understand them. Below are some tips that can help you:

Try to find their cooperation to follow rules around the house. Be unchangeable when required and don’t give in to your teens irritability. At the same time remember to forgive your teenager. Set up some rules. Tell them that they must following those rules and make them realize that it is good for them if they follow your advice. You obviously tell them the consequences of misbehaviour.

You must know that every child is different. The worst thing any parent can do is compare siblings or children of friends. This will only create further teenage behaviour problems. Try to discover inner talents of  your child and support them. They like to be recognized and respected. Some time you may not like their choice then help them to choose the right way and explain him that their choice may cause danger to them. Give them support that is needed.

Let your teen take over decisions that you have been making for them till now. Discuss what they might do differently the next time and don’t be judgmental. Give your teen positive response and tell them that you’re proud that they took on this challenging situation. Communicating with them is the better option, try to talk to them and give them change to exchange their views. give attention to whatever they  say and appreciate their feelings. If you believe their  views, they will know that you care for them.

Finally, the source of most teenage behaviour problems is stress. So you will need to find ways to help deal with that stress. Try to spot changes in mood and behaviour at home and at school for signs of possible troublemaking behaviour. Give opportunities to your teenager to get involved in some activities like sports or exercising etc. Helping your teenager out to find the way this difficult phase of their life is very important to make them a responsible and confident adult.
